12-yr-old boy drowns in pond in Kapilvastu

KAPILVASTU, July 9: A 12-year-old boy drowned in a pond in Sisawa, Maharajgunj Municipality-5, Kapilvastu.

The deceased has been identified as Prabej Ali Manihar, son of local resident Safayas Ali. The incident occurred on Monday evening.

According to police, the body has been sent to Kapilvastu Hospital for post-mortem. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
