RSP, RPP lawmakers continue protest in parliament, RPP boycotts meeting

KATHMANDU, June 19: Members of Parliament from the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) and Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) raised slogans in the House of Representatives meeting today.


The opposition parties RSP and RPP continued their ongoing protest demanding investigation into the visit visa scandal involving home minister Ramesh Lekhak. As soon as the meeting started, they reached in front of Speaker Devaraj Ghimire’s seat and raised slogans.

Meanwhile, RPP MP Gyan Bahadur Shahi stated that the MPs from the party will boycott today’s meeting as well.
